Principle 1: Universal Mind
The energy of life powers every living thing including the Universe and all it contains. This life force is formless until it takes shape and shows itself as something with form. A human, an animal, a flower, a star, a blade of grass, (let's just say EVERYTHING that you see) is appearing before you and has originated through the same energy. In its pure state this energy cannot be seen by us, although there is proof of its existance in everything around us and inside of us. At the core of this life force there is only peace, and that peace also resides inside us at all times, unchanging, always constant. Right now we are connected to it and also connected to each other through it. In the absence of thought, a peaceful feeling is available to everyone at any time, no exceptions. It is only our personal thinking that seems to move us further away from accessing the peaceful feeling that is our birthright.
Through this energy we are ONE and are connected to everything around us and to each other. Inside, humans are not separate or different, that is just how form shows up, a total illusion. Actually, we are all the same, from the same energy.
We aren't just living a life, we ARE life. We are the ones being lived, just along for the ride in this human form at the moment...
Principle 2: Thought
What if I told you that everything we experience comes from our own thoughts? Not “sometimes” or “a lot” of the time, but 💯 percent of the time.
Whatever we see is shaped and formed through thought. The opinions we have formed, the comparisons we’ve made and the beliefs that we have. Even what we see in front of us is our own interpretation, presented to us via thought.
This is life coming to us from the inside out, not the other way around. Life gets experienced by us through the filter of our own thinking.
When we don’t realize that this is how thought works, we may think that it is our circumstances that are keeping us stuck or depressed or full of anxiety. To be clear it is our THINKING about our circumstances that causes these feelings. When thinking is at a higher level our circumstances look easier to us. Something that looked hard yesterday may look better today because our thinking has since calmed down and brought us to a higher state of being. Here, things look clearer and unmuddled and we can see things in a more positive light.
The good news is that when thought is revved up and spinning, we are by design made to always return to a calm state. Realizing this makes us look in a new direction because in spinning thoughts we realize that nothing useful can be found.
A conversation about thought can open up a whole new direction. There’s so much more to see…
Principle 3: Consciousness
Humans are thinking beings. All day thoughts come in and out. They are transient, always moving through us. Showing up and then disappearing. We notice some, dismiss others. This is the way the system is built.
Consciousness makes us “aware” of life and self. It brings thought to life and makes it appear real. It creates the life we see in front of our eyes and puts us as the main character in our own thought-created movie. It is the job of consciousness to immerse us so fully into our story that we believe everything we see to be true.
Actually, none of what we think is “true.”
It’s just thought that looks like truth.
We also believe that the outside world somehow causes us to struggle or dictates our emotions. Consciousness shows us an illusion like looking through a mirror. Through consciousness we are looking at an opposite image. It looks as if we are at the mercy our of circumstances.
“We struggle because…..”
“We can’t because….”
“I’ll never be able to because….”
You fill in the blank.
Our life is actually created from the inside through thought. Consciousness comes in and runs with thought and turns it 3D and technicolor. Everything comes from thought. The way we feel, the opinions and beliefs we have. The way we react in situations that we created. All thought.
When we realize that thought and consciousness are creating our experience emotions and feelings, then we can also understand that everything happening on the outside is neutral. There are no people or situations that can affect our well-being. They are not the cause of the way you feel, you are. Your thinking and level of consciousness dictate your reaction and therefore the way you feel in any given situation.
It works only one way, inside out.
There are no problems. That’s all thought looking true again.
You’re free.
Any questions? I thought so….
I’d love to help you see this more clearly.
