Hi Wendy,

I had a wonderful day yesterday after our session! I got dressed, put on makeup and went to the market. After that I went to 3 more stores! As I was crossing the parking lot I felt a wave of anxiety so I just waited a moment and thought "this will pass" and it did! I ventured on into the store. I haven't done multi- store shopping in ages. Usually when I get that feeling I get right back into the car and go home. Not this time, and I know it came from our talk. You are really good at what you do.
